Stepping into the steel industry with the manufacturing operations of MS ingot in 2005, VHP Group has also made its presence evident in the manufacturing of Ferro alloys. The success of our 7.5 MVA Ferro Alloys plant and increasing demand of steel worldwide has forced us to expand our Ferro Alloys operations to ensure a consistent and positive experience for our customers, partners, suppliers and employees. ABOUT THE GROUP
HIRA CONCAST LIMITED was incorporated in 2005. It initially ventured into manufacturing by setting up two numbers 7 tons holding capacity induction furnaces with an installed capacity of 53000 TPA MS Ingots. After stabilization of its MS Ingot manufacturing operations, the company forayed into a brown field diversification project by establishing manufacturing facilities for ferro alloys by setting up one number 7.5 MVA submerged arc furnace at the existing site. The Company’s present capacity is around 53000 TPA of MS Ingot and 17800 TPA of Ferro Alloys.
